PROCESS    We draw from best practices and knowledge from across management and social science disciplines to partner with clients to achieve results.  Our associates can lead a project on an independent outsourced basis, or they can serve as temporary members of an internal client team, or otherwise serve in a supporting or coaching role to individuals within the client organisation. We begin with project scoping, clarifying client goals and desired results then co-designing appropriate projects, interventions and implementation processes based upon our client's unique requirements and resources.  To aid decision-making, most projects involve a stage of intelligence gathering, using project-specific research and analysis to aid decision-making.  The analytic tools can be qualitative and/or quantitative including interviewing, conducting surveys, document analysis, use of focus or expert groups, stakeholder and competition mapping techniques, financial analysis, and case study preparation.  We help our clients to define communications objectives, and to design plans and processes to engage effectively with their target audiences and stakeholders. We integrate feedback and evaluation loops to inform the projects as they evolve and to allow assessment of results at the conclusion of the engagement.
